Brasserie ‘t Oud Conservatorium offers a high-level bistro kitchen at democratic prices. The Chef's season suggestions and regional dishes will send you into culinary ecstasy. Breakfast, tasty snacks, quick and excellent business lunches as well as sumptuous dinners are served on a daily basis. In addition to his à la carte, the Chef includes new "the Chef's Suggestions" every other week. The large Brasserie leads to the Veranda and the City Terrace. The cosy City Terrace, with its wonderful fountain, is a real oasis of peace and the place "par excellence" to enjoy the Mechelen carillon concerts during the summer months. Opening hours: Every day: from 8 am to 11 pm (Fri and Sat to 12 pm) Kitchen: from 11 am to 10 pm (Fri and Sat to 11 pm) The hotel has an attractive heated ‘Orangerie’. In addition to pleasant individual dinners, the Orangerie is also suitable for seminar lunches, banquets, receptions, parties,group meals or other special occasions. The veranda is ideal to have a relaxing dinner in a small group or for receptions in a small group.
